We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estate environments where the cool air and volcanic soil force the coffee cherries to develop a dense, resilient structure. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Small-Batch" craft, utilizing precision thermal mapping to eliminate the bitter "char" of mass production while unlocking deep, majestic notes of dark cacao, toasted cedar, and black cherry.
